b/w - Lights out
Great Version of the Flamin' Groovies classic on the A-side flipped with a cool punk 'n' roll tune on the B.
The UK band with this Dutch only release were
Bob Gotobed (AKA Robert Grey) (Voc)
Nick Garvey (guitar) - ex Ducks deluxe
Rob Smith (Bass)
Richard Wernham (drums) - ex Bazooka Joe
The Band lasted from late 1975 to early 1977
Nick Garvey then went on to the Motors.
The other 3 played in Art Attacks for a while before Wernham (now Ricky Slaughter) joined Garvey in the Motors & Gotobed joined Wire (as their drummer)

Great post. Lights Out was a b-side of Dr. Feelgoods "Sneakin Suspicion".
ReplyDeleteI always thought it was their track, I guess now that this is an oldie, does anyone know?
Interesting here's the Answer "Lights out" was composed by "S David & M Rebennack" as credited on the Dr feelgood 45 & was recorded by "J Byrne" as credited on the snakes 45
