Just another site that's giving you hard to find music

A Place To Find Some Rarer Tunes (Mod, PowerPop, Punk, Ska) ripped from my vinyl collection. If it sounds good I'll post it. The idea being that now you know about them, you can seek them out! If anyone is unhappy about any of these posts please contact me & I will take them off.

  1. Downtown is ok, that song is covered to often. B side is excellent. Thanks for all your posts.

  3. When I was trying to get info for the '45 Revs' book, I had to ring their local Rumbelows cos one of them had worked there once, apparently. Or the bloke who ran the label, or something.

One band whose record 1979 record is still not in the book, cos we can't find anyone who has it (not telling...) once stiffed me for a solid three-figure sum for records-never-received, by the way. He's moved house since then. I know this cos I was able to do a 3D-panorama viewing round the inside of his house on the estate agents' site (couldn't see any piles of records, but there were a couple of cupboards that looked like they might have once had goodies in).

Well, that's all my news. Gonna have tea now.
