Another punk / powerpop 45 that I can find nothing about

The songwriters were Bertram & Hazlett, it's an srts pressing & I suspect it was never released with a picture sleeve, are about as helpful as I can get - Anyone got anything else to add?

BTW, B2 - Train is my pick of the bunch

    Neil Bertam, from Portchester in Hampshire. I think he was the bass player, but my memory's shot.
