A Place To Find Some Rarer Tunes (Mod, PowerPop, Punk, Ska) ripped from my vinyl collection. If it sounds good I'll post it. The idea being that now you know about them, you can seek them out! If anyone is unhappy about any of these posts please contact me & I will take them off.

Coil - Motor Industry (1979)

I believe this Northampton based 4 piece may have listened to a bit of XTC before going into the recording studio (Beck, Wellingborough). - BTW that's a good thing, these 2 tracks are excellent self penned numbers.

The band (who ran from late '78-80 & reconvened in '86 have a site here)

Phil Dann (guitar)
Tony Harrison (bass)
Steve Curtis (drums)

    All information here is wrong!!
    Do not create confusion. The Coil of ''Blood Money'' were a different band. These were from Northampton, led by Phil Dann. Still active.
