The band formed at Kingsridge Secondary School in 1977 (The boys were all around 14) & folded in 1981 when school was over.

Useless Info - The name Catalyst was suggested to them by a science teacher at Kingsridge. a swift spelling change & they were Catalist.
 
Both tracks were comped on Bored Teenagers Vol.14

  1. I keep hoping to spot a copy of this with it being reasonably local but no joy. I'll side with the labels rather than the matrix, 'Dear Lynne' is the A-side all day long.

    REL would have sent this down south to get pressed as I don't think there were any pressing plants up here in 1981.
