Field Marshal Slug - Glam Bang (1985)

Nice Post-Punk/Powerpop from this West Wales (Carmarthan?) band [1982-86]

I can't tell you much about them. I think the line up was:
Jamie Crawford (Voc)
Andy Duff (Bass)
Simon Dale (Guitar)
Dennis D Menace (Drums)

With Dino & Geoff Russell also having a go at the guitars at some point.

There is a pic sleeve to this [but most seem to come without it]

If you want to hear more there have been some Live & Demo tracks uploaded by presumably a band member on Youtube

As always if anyone can add some more info please leave a comment

    Field Marshal Slug had a short history between 1983 and 1986.

    Tours and festivals in the UK.


    Nik Turners (Hawkwind/Inner City Unit) Favorite band at the time was Field Marshal Slug.

    performed at the Nik Turner birthday party gig as the main band.

    Nik played Sax as guest on stage at the Blue Moon festival with Field Marshal Slug (Night time falls and lights start to penetrate the sky)

      Depending on which country youre in You'll need a VPN to download from zipyshare. There are plenty of Free ones out there.
